Amnon has led the company since July 2014 and is responsible for strategy development and execution.

Before joining d&b, he held senior management positions at AUGUSTA Technologie AG, Novell, SUSE Linux, Deutsche Bank and Arthur D. Little. He holds two degrees in aeronautical engineering and industrial engineering and management and has more than twenty-five years of experience in the fields of audio, software, electronics and consulting.

Jens has been Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director at d&b since December 2017, responsible for Finance, Sales Finance, IT and Facility Management.

Originally from Sweden, Jens has been working in Germany for more than twenty years. He brings management experience from roles in finance and controlling, as well as sales and marketing. Jens graduated with a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Gothenburg.

At d&b, Karen is responsible for organizational development, people development and human resource management for the company. Karen also ensures d&b acts as a responsible business, including the implementation of our ESG framework.

Having joined d&b in February 2016, she was previously in charge of HR at multinational companies including Sennheiser, and Gildemeister, working in Germany and Asia respectively. She holds an MBA in Business Administration, a Diploma in Economics, and is a certified mediator.

Al joined d&b in 2023 as Vice President of our new Immersive business unit – a key enabler of our holistic, immersive vision, – a role that spans audio, video, lighting and extended reality (xR). He leads our global immersive strategy, developing the business roadmap, establishing strategic partnerships and driving future innovations.

Before joining d&b, he spent the last two decades in leadership roles in both live sound and commercial audio, dedicated to hardware and software technologies alike. This includes the position of Head of Product at Focusrite’s Optimal Audio after spending 15 years at Avid in senior product management and sales roles.

Stephan became Chief Operating Officer in April 2022 with overall operational responsibility for d&b audiotechnik. With the company since March 2017, initially as Chief Sales Officer, he was previously responsible for Global Sales and Sales Operations as well as Education, Application Support and Product Services.

An electrical engineering graduate, Stephan started his professional career more than 25 years ago and held senior management positions at Siemens, Infineon Technologies, Osram, Everlight Electronics in Taiwan and Cree/Wolfspeed, one of the leading manufacturers of SiC/GaN semiconductors.

Jan joined d&b audiotechnik in 2017 as Head of Research and Development and currently serves as the company's Executive Vice President Technology. In this role, he oversees research and development, hardware and software product development, alongside other key technology leadership initiatives.

Starting his career over 25 years ago, Jan has held senior positions with a number of leading businesses, including Atmel Automotive where he was Sr. Director R&D responsible for worldwide R&D of its automotive BU. In addition, he also worked for Robert Bosch as a Director in its automotive BU, where his responsibilities included a design center in Shanghai, China. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and an MBA from The Open University, UK.

With d&b audiotechnik since 2019, Christian is responsible for Operations and Project Development. He has over 20 years of experience focused on machinery and engineered products and also several years of multisite responsibility in Europe and APAC.

Prior to joining d&b, Christian held a variety of roles with organisations including Wilo Group, Wolffkran, Manitowoc Crane Group and AGCO Fendt.

Andreas ‘Andi’ Gall, Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at d&b, brings over three decades of experience in media, event and brand content industries to lead the company's digital strategy. His background includes senior management roles at Antenne Bayern, 104.6 RTL, ORF and Red Bull. He was also the CEO and founder of Human-Centric-Innovators GmbH and spent almost 15 years as the founding Co-CEO/Chief Technology/Innovation Officer at Red Bull Media House.

Passionate about innovation, Andi has a longstanding connection with d&b and is committed to maximising the impact of digital technologies to ensure a prosperous future.

Tom is responsible for the d&b solutions business, focused on strategy as d&b develops this new business unit. He has a particular focus on the development of the UK business, providing complete AVLM services through d&b solutions’ multiple brands.

He officially joined d&b in 2021 but worked alongside the company since the late 1990s as a sound engineer and providing production management services. Prior to joining d&b, he spent more than 20 years in senior roles at SFL Group, the last 10 years as Managing Director, responsible for vision, strategy and M&A.

Since April 2021, when d&b solutions was founded, Michael has been part of the global Management Team, responsible for establishing and growing the d&b solutions brand within the group. The further internationalisation of the d&b solutions business is also part of his remit.

He initially joined d&b audiotechnik in January 2016 in the Corporate Development team before moving to Singapore as Finance & Operations Director for the APAC region in 2018. Prior to his journey at d&b, Michael worked for professional accountancy firms in Germany and the UK.
